Northeastern University
Northeastern University is located in the
heart of Boston, Massachusetts. It’s a modern campus with
lots of greenery and art. To walk onto the Northeastern University
campus is to experience a beautiful gem in the heart of an urban
city. Northeastern University is most well known for its Co-Op
program in which students are able to work in their field of interest
for at least two semesters of their five year college experience.
This enables students to graduate with a full resume ready to enter
the work force. Northeastern University is also well known for
its wonderful alumni, very diverse student body, and its six year
Doctorate Physical Therapy program.
Here is what recent graduates and current students have to say
about Northeastern University, including great tips and advice: Things to know – Northeastern University isn’t a Greek
school. In fact, all sororities and fraternities are not affiliated
with the school what so ever. It is also not a sports school. Although
hockey is a big sport on the East coast the rinks are never packed
on game night. Most parties are held on Mission Hill, not too close
to campus and in not so safe an area. The biggest event of the
year is the Head of the Charles held in October on the Charles
River. It is a big Regatta with rowers coming to Boston from all
over the world. It is a great event to attend. The main mode of
transportation is the railway system called the “T”.
